The transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is okay. The rooms are okay, but the bathroom is small and has poor facilities. There is an Asian restaurant that serves American-style Asian food that is quite unpalatable.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but the wi-fI was horrible. TV stations were hit and miss. Thank goodness we weren’t there for work where we would absolutely have needed our computers.

The staff was phenomenal . I loved John who took extra care of me . I have a mobility issue and he was so kind. He asked my lyft driver to help me upon arriving at my next location. The young lady working the front desk around 1:30 on August 24 with dark hair, I did not get her name but did helped me with a problem with my cell phone and was extremely welcoming upon my arrival. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Hats off to the staff. Go Vols!

Overall, this is a great hotel for the value. It is close enough to Boston, has clean, comfortable rooms, a super friendly staff - across the board - and offers free parking to boot. I highly recommend it for a stay in the Boston area. It is especially suitable for IHG members. I look forward to returning!

We had trouble using the keys to enter the room and had to return to the front desk three times to resolve. Finally able to open the door after hotel was going to send someone up to help. Also, shower was unadjustable and we did not like the spray setting. Otherwise, room was very neat, clean and comfortable and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
