I've just had a lovely little spa break with my friend. I thought it was great value, for a spa with a treatment, room and fabulous breakfast. I particularly need to mention Min for her excellent back massage, I certainly felt the benefits of relaxing while she dealt with my knotty back. Thank you!

A big thank you to Sian and the team at Frimley Park for an excellent Wedding day, it was all so organised. The day was beautiful. All the staff at the hotel are so welcoming and they go above and beyond customer expectations. The wedding reception food was lovely and we all had a fantastic day We cannot thank you enough 💕

For a 4✴️hotel, I found Frimley Hall lacked the touches I would have expected, the room contained tissues, shower hat, hand/body wash, shampoo & conditioner but nothing else, e.g. body lotion, cotton buds or balls etc. There wasn’t a boot/shoe polisher in the hallway, and the water from the corridors machine (near my room) was warm. Most of the staff were very solemn, so there wasn’t much cheer about the place. However, my lunch, evening meal and breakfast were all very good, and overall I did have the relaxing stay I was looking for. In the spa, I had a wonderful massage from Anna, she has a firm hand, which I prefer, and I came away from a back massage and facial feeling extremely relaxed and less stressed. I wouldn’t rush back to stay at Frimley, but would book Anna again.

This was the second time we have stayed at Frimley Hall in 5 years. The Frimley seems to have focused its business on catering for weddings and has lost sight of regular customers. When I called the front desk or room service lines, they would ring endlessly without answering. The details were missed for breakfast several times such as not providing service for two as indicated, missing food or condiments, etc. We will seek out other accommodations on our next visit

Hotel is good, reasonable price, nice quiet location. Staff service excellent. Spa service could be better considering the price I paid for the treatment, in the sense that when they are doing the treatment better understanding of the client needs. Thumbs up to hotel for water fountains, and a clean no stains kettle.

Had the best massage and facial. The staff were all very welcoming- especially Ti who gave great advice during my facial and help relieve my back knots! :) Unfortunately one of the therapists didn’t show up for a member of my group but the staff there did a fantastic job at sorting out a solution!

Had a really great day at the Health Spa at the Frimley Hall Hotel - Chelsea was particularly helpful in making my experience a memorable one and I ended up being treated to a lovely Elemis goodie bag full of treats - Great day with gym followed by a swim, sauna and great treatments too!! Then a meal in the hotel bar - fabulous!!
