No clock in room, no makeup mirror in bathroom, bathroom towels not good quality, bugs seen in bathroom, cockroaches seen in living area

Great room and friendly staff. Amara Roman checked me in and helped me throughout my stay. Steve Schmidt was also extremely helpful. Pool was nice and calm. The beds were extremely comfortable. I walked to the beach twice..not far. Iโll be back be back..๐๐

Our room was obviously not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower, dirt residue on the toilet from someoneโs butt, and an opened water bottle left in the refrigerator. Itโs like they just spot cleaned and replaced the towels. I left disgusted and disappointed
