"The quilt and pillows are good, and the room is large. The furniture is complete and there is a microwave. The window is a whole piece of glass and cannot be opened. It may only rely on air conditioning for ventilation, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The windows and doors are facing the public corridor and cannot be opened for ventilation. Breakfast is ordinary with ham slices. Figure 3 is the next series of the same name + plus, which has a private balcony and is a bit more expensive."

"So I booked this the day of, but did my research. In my research I read about Debbie a lot so let’s talk about her first. Debbie is rude and will tell you what she thinks you need even if it is not what you want BUT once you break that Staten Island barrier down she is very nice. So give her a chance! I also read a couple reviews about ROACHES but since there was only a couple I figured it wasn’t common and maybe just a one off situation that was corrected by now. The place is a semi halfa$$ed renovated hotel which could be an awesome spot if they added a little attention to detail such as changing the old dirty light switches and outlets. They are literally a couple bucks each. The room was pretty clean from what I could see but what we found on the kitchen sink in the morning ruined the high cleanliness rating. Yup you guessed it a  ROACH. See picture for proof.  Overall good spot to stay and great deal, but after the roach issue is taken care of. And if you own this place and are reading this, put a little more love into your investment. People will notice."

"We love staying at Ashley Brooke! This is a small business and the owner is on the premises. He is very laid back but also takes care of business promptly. He supplies guests with all you would need to walk to the beach (one block away), including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart to carry it with! He also includes a self service cooler of bottled water. The pool is larger than most hotels and gets great sunshine. Rooms are bright and well maintained, although upgrading air conditioners to split units would cut down on noise. The kitchen is totally usable for making light meals. We had breakfast in our rooms and coffee every morning and also kept our snacks and ice cream for evenings. Publix is a short car ride away for groceries if you want to go that way. You can also walk to the restaurants from the hotel. Such a great laid back vibe here- we will be back again!"

"1) The toilet was broken and leaked all night. 2) My room rate included two breakfasts, but the hotel still charged $29.85 for breakfast. I clearly overpaid by more than 200 RMB when booking the room (excluding breakfast). I hope Ctrip can refund the $29.85 for breakfast. Please refer to the bill. 3) I arrived at 10:00 AM, 6 hours earlier than 4:00 PM. Early check-in (6 hours) incurs a $75 charge. Check-out was due at 1:00 PM the next day, but we delayed until 2:00 PM, and were still charged $75 for 3 hours, which is very unreasonable."

"Spent 1 night here during visit to Florida. The motel is pet-friendly, and had sociable neighbours during our stay. Most people there seemed to be longer term visitors. The pool is central to the property, which is well situated for restaurants nearby and is walking distance from the beach. It was cold and windy when we were there which wasn’t what we expected, and it’s expensive for what it is, as are all hotels/motels in Florida in February."
