The maids remove my do not disturb sign off of my door and went into my room without my permission on my last day of my day, and I had a lot of medicine in there that was prescription medicine that I’m not sure if they could’ve touched or not, that was unprofessional who do I tell?

I was injured at this hotel. Because I was on my way to a cruise, the injury affected by trip in a very negative way. I could not go swimming nor enter the hot tub because I had an open wound. I simply walked by the bed and was cut by an extension from the bed. It was masked by the bed cover and I had no indication that it was there.

Everything was good. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and the location was convenient. Great price for a solid 3.5 star hotel. I would definitely think of staying here again.
