Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa

stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off. The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV Rose was wonderful front desk manager the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

It was horrible there was a used condom in the bathroom and when I was taking a shower the shower spout trim fell off and who ever was up above us Was banging on the walls or something all night not a good honey moon at all

Great resort at a good price. I read a bunch of reviews before we booked this place. If you can’t have a good time here, trust me, it’s you, not Hilton. It’s a resort, and yes, you will pay $51 a day for the resort fee plus self parking . but even with that, five of us stayed in a two queen BR plus pull out in a separate room +2 bathrooms for $350 a night or 280K Hilton points for 5 nights looking at the intercostal. Get a room on at least the fifth floor or above if you want to be able to see it The beach is beautiful, much different than most of the beaches you will see in Florida as there are different alcoves bordered by Rocky out croppings.. Breakfast is good, get there early to get a made to order omelette. For five of us, the breakfast alone was worth more than $50 a day. We had no problems getting a chase lounge on the beach or at the pool. Granted, we went at the end of April, so not sure if this would change in May or September. The free drinks at the evening 5 to 6 PM social hour is great, although don’t expect too much to eat here with just nacho chips and celery and carrots. But the free drinks are nice, and reception will give you more than enough drink cards ogv you ask them. Yes, it’s an old hotel, but rooms look like they’ve been renovated in the last few years. Some people will be annoyed for paying $26/day for parking, but, it’s truly not a big deal. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants and shops as well as the Deerfield Beach pier. it’s about a half hour drive from Fort Lauderdale airport. For the $25/day Resort fee, you can get two free chase lounge on the beach, bicycle rentals for a few hours, and a few other things. People are nice, staff is very nice and accommodating. All in all, another great time at Hilton property.

I had one hell of a headache with my flight to get here, but once I was here my stress and anxiety went away, the rooms are welcoming and cozy, loved that the pool as heated, they have great happy hour special, everything is in walking distance around you…. Thank you for such a great stay! I will be back

Nice view of the ocean, but there was a rowdy vibe at this hotel. I used to stay at Embassy Suites for work, but this was not entirely what I expected. We were fortunate to get a recently renovated room with a Juliet balcony looking over pool and ocean. The room was clean but as I had 6 guests in my party I needed the sofa bed. We checked in late around 10:00 pm and I noticed that the fitted sheet and mattress pad on the pull out sofa bed were pulled off the mattress in a way that made me think they were not clean because if the sofa bed had been made the mattress float and fitted sheet would be attached and not balled up on the mattress. I walked down in person to the front desk to ask for a new fitted sheet. They told me they would send it up right away. Finally at 11:45 I needed to get my kids to sleep and still hadn’t received it. Fortunately I had a flat sheet to use to cover the mattress and then my kids used oversized beach towels we brought with us as blankets. The next morning when I went down again to request the sheet the person apologized and said housekeeping is gone by 10 pm so of course no one brought up my sheet! Hint for management: I realize hotels everywhere are short staffed but a successful strategy is to give your front desk reception team access to frequently requested supplies such as toilet paper, towels, and extra sheets so you can accommodate guest requests at all hours. There was a rowdy vibe at this hotel. It was spring break time, but there seemed to be mostly middle age adults or families at this hotel. Despite this, a room down the hall from us was having a party at 1 pm in the room with music and tons of guests. There were people shouting at the pool late at night and in stairwells. My 7 year old was in the hot tub and came running out in a panic (I was on pool chair nearby) because people were vaping in the hot tub. She had never seen that before and didn’t know what purple cigarettes were. Everything others wrote about elevators out of service and no pool chairs available is true. There were some chairs “claimed” with towels at 7 am and the people didn’t come back until 2 pm. I had 2chairs in separate areas for the three adults and three children in my party to share. I also didn’t get drink tickets until the next morning (they didn’t have any to give me at checkin) but the bar and restaurant staff were great and exactly as I would expect from an Embassy Suites.

My wife and I scoped out this hotel in November 2023 when we were in Florida for another trip and was told at the time that the construction would be completed by March 2024. But it wasn't! The pool bar area was still under construction and there were temporary walls set up. The bartenders themselves were not the friendliest bunch of people. Almost all of them seemed kind of miserable. No one ever asked how is your trip going or how is your vacation or anything just a curt what can I get you, etc. And the hotel provides you with "drink tickets" that look like they came out of an arcade game as a prize ticket from the late 80's early 90's. The red ones are for happy hour between 5 PM and 6:30 PM but you can only get the cheapest booze they have (like bottom of the well) and the white ticket is good all day but only for the "Drink of the day." 5 PM is way too late for Happy Hour; people staying here aren't at work at 3 PM!. Honestly, just give people a punch card and let them order one or two free drinks each day. That would make a lot more sense. Another thing is they provide you with the beach towels (which are too small and rough to be honest) in your room and you are supposed to bring them back to your room to be exchanged by the housekeeper. But why should you have to take a sandy towel back to your room at the end of the day on the beach? It doesn't make any sense at all. They had a few towels by the pool with a log book where you were supposed to write you name and room number. Well, we got back to return the towels and the pen was gone! Also, one of the elevators was broken the entire time we stayed there and no one was working on it at all. Maybe it's the elevator from The Big Bang Theory! Took advantage of breakfast only one day. The omelet I had was excellent but the rest of the breakfast items weren't that good. However, we had lunch their one day which was good and another day I got wings which were tasty. That being said, I thought our room was very nicely appointed (two full bathrooms in a king suite) with the exception of the floor lamp that wasn't plugged in or near an accessible outlet and the balcony door that didn't lock which seems like a risk if you have young children. I appreciated the daily housekeeping even though one day they very late after 4 PM. As a slight negative, the number of towels the housekeeper provided varied by day and sometimes they forgot to replenish the regular coffee pods for the machine which clearly, I was using daily. I think the housekeepers had too many rooms to clean each day. I might consider staying here again in the future if they ever complete the construction and if management trains the bar staff to be a little more pleasant or I might consider the Wyndam next time which had a better beach area and is more centrally located. Final thing to keep in mind, is that this hotel is not at all like a Hilton Resort. I stayed once at the Hilton Tuscany in Orlando an
