Good service Good atención

The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding upon checking it, also the bartender was very polite and helpful, our experience was excellent.

stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off. The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV Rose was wonderful front desk manager the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

Dante from the Omelet Station did an excellent job taking care of us and the rest of the guests. If there is someone who truly knows how to multitask, it's him. He was attentive, efficient, and maintained a great attitude throughout-his effort did not go unnoticed.

This was our third stay here as it is close to my daughter’s college. The room was dirty and in bad need of maintenance. The breakfast area was overrun with people and it was at least a 45 minute wait to get breakfast and it was a buffet…I was verbally attacked twice by the same person over a pool chair with no help from the hotel after 2 complaints. For over $400.00 a night I expect way more!

Rooms are ok - beds comfortable and personnel friendly. The breakfast area was difficult. Only one cook at omelette station with very long line. One of two waffle machines broken on my last morning and the Waffle area was messy! I left a pillow and was told to call housekeeping for its location. Best valet service!!

The room was great & clean, accommodating for my family of 4. Awesome view of the pool/ocean which is just a stone’s throw away from our room. Centrally located! Loved the happy hour and breakfast. I spoke with Coco, the Hilton Honors ambassador who helped sign me up for the program and was very helpful! I’d recommend staying here!

The Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach is located conveniently right in front of Deerfield Beach. The hotel was clean, and the suites were roomy, I love that there were two restrooms in each suite. The hot breakfast omelets were tasty and made breakfast fulfilling. Valeria S. Served us during two mornings and took great care of us. She always greeted us with a warm smile and was very attentive. It seems like when she was there, everything ran like a smooth oiled machine, the tables were clean, breakfast was hot, and best of all she made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay!
