The exterior was nicely updated. Beds were comfy.
Smelled bug spray in the lobby & room. Vanity in bathroom looked like it would fall if leaned on. Dresser/tv stand had a block of wood for a leg, missing handles. Carpet looked over 10 yrs old. Gross in a word. Complimentary breakfast was a mini muffin, hard granola bar, & an apple in a bag.

for the price i paid per night, even days inn is better. i have stayed in La quinta inn, before. but this was just overpriced, and area was dirty.

The room was so-so, the bathroom was dirty, paint stains in tub black mold present.

The doors are to the outside and it did not seal at all. I could see daylight coming through and the room smelled like mildew. The bathtub was dingy and the tile surround had "mold growth" looking stuff on the grout. The staff was nice and gave me a different room, but the second one wasn't much better. I had to keep the A/C very cold and the fan running the entire time to reduce the smell.
The bed was ok, but I will not be going back.
