The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

Nice stay always with Ramada, nice staff and Navraj, Nupur , kanhaiya were very helpful Room was very clean and good Food was also very amazing Overall the stay there was fantastic and place was also very good highly appreciated and recommend

Noopur,navraj,kanhiya were very supportive and had a very pleasant stay , food and room were clean also the location which in the Centre of Dehradun even market and everything is very close stay was very good happy with the stay Highly recommended

Had an excellent stay, house keeping and room service were exceptional. Thanks to sangam, shivani and kanhaiya for the assistance and making my stay comfortable. Food was nice and good options in the bar menu. I especially liked the mirror in the washroom, motivated to get the same for my own place

Hotel service was very good. I really liked the environment and the staff especially Shivani, Sangam and Navraj👍 were too good🌸 They were very attentive and helped me alot. Their menu is very good and the food is also good in comparison to other hotels in Dehradun.
