I stayed from 29th october to 31st october. All the services were very bad, zero hospitality. Callous attitude of the restaurant staff, reception staff don't know how to welcome the guests. 2nd day when i gave the keys for room cleaning, they told me that due to pest control pols change the room, i agreed and said will shift when i come back. When i came, i saw the room was dirty and no makeover of the room. They told me now no need to change the room, u can stay at previous allotted room and room was dirty. No buffet spread was there, i can understand because of few guests but only one trainee staff was there in restaurant, no courtesy, noone came to take our order. Very bad experience

The experience was good but there were no cab service. The hotel is located a bit far from the main bazar. The staffs were friendly and cooperative. The rooms were spacious and worth the price. Only thing lag is their distance from the main bazar.

It was a great experience.The hospitality and services were excellent.Food was awesome . Rooms are comfortable . Service is prompt. Would highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel for stay.Connectivity is also good as it is located on the main road. Must experience it .

So I recently visited this hotel and it's amazing the staff is very helpful,polite. The food is delicious and the rooms are neat,luxurious and specially the washrooms are very comfortable, hygienic. The bed was very comfortable like it was very soft.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Hotel is very clean and location of the hotel is also very good. They have a good parking space as well. Room space is also good. Hotel staff keeps checking if we need any help.

Good hygiene and best food... Staff attitude was very good and professional. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff name Ms Vimla from housekeeping and Ms. Reena at the reception was very courteous. & The manager Geeta was very helpful thankyou all for your services

It was awesome stay at Hotel saffron leaf. Rooms are good , cleaned & nice interior. Restaurants buffet breakfast have various options & delicious food. Nice welcome in hotel arrival. Staffs are soft spoken & polite. Very good location on GMS road and various food & bars are at surrounding.

Overall a very good experience with staff. Food is very good and u can also custom it . Parking space ia good at the hotel . Front desk team is good especially Geeta and Sanchi. Rest if you rate overall its a 4-4.3 star rating experience ..........
