Went here with family and the stay was amazing. There wasn't much around the location but the room was great. The staff gave us a free upgrade so we definitely enjoyed our time.

The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

I was in the hotel for 5 days but the service was horrible, an employee in the toilet area told me that I couldn't smoke in an area where I've always smoked and all the people smoke, he started taking photos of me and telling me to leave, he touched me call the administrator because I felt that I was discriminated against, I felt offended, I was thinking of staying 3 more days but I preferred to change hotels, I did not want to meet that person again, it was humiliating.

Overall it’s located in a great spot, however the bed was not clean. The sheets were dirty and there was a stain that looked new and a large old permanent stain. Thankfully the staff immediately brought us new sheets when we asked and were very nice, it just left us uneasy about sleeping there.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the building is U-shaped. The room we had was inside the U and the windows looked across at another room. We couldn't even look out the window to see whether it was raining or the sun was out. When I asked to move I was told all the rooms with two beds are in the same location in the hotel.
The room was only cleaned every other day, We ran out of toilet paper and kleenex and had to call to have supplies delivered.

When we arrived we were not greeted with complimentary water as other guest we saw were. Parking is a bit much, either you park on the street at a pay station or valet. And valet is 45$ a night. Customer service was ok. But even being there 2 nights doesn’t guarantee you’ll have your room serviced.

Had a great stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the minute we checked in to the moment we checked out. Room was much bigger than expected and very clean and very, very quiet. We went down every morning and had a very enjoyable breakfast in a very nice dining area. We enjoyed every minute of the 5 nights that we stayed here.

Stayed four nights for a conference. Everything was smooth and easy. Room super quiet except AC. Staff are all very nice. Centrally located. Highly recommend!
