Right from the go the service was very bad until the check out we had issues, will never recommend this place to anyone and will never visit the place again.

Das Hotel ist gut vom Flughafen zu erreichen und liegt am Strand. Allerdings ist dieser nicht sehr groß und das Wasser sehr trüb. Möchte man klares Wasser haben, so muss man auf eine der Inseln fahren. Der Service ist nicht sehr aufmerksam und z.T. unfreundlich. Liegen werden gern bereits früh am Morgen mit dem Handtuch reserviert. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr teuer und die Qualität mäßig. Praktisch sind der Shuttlebus zum Hafen und der Supermarkt vor der Tür.

We recently stayed at the "Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.

房間很大，免費給我們升級成海景房了。床品舒服，空調很足。有好幾個泳池，適合家庭出遊。
作為歇腳的地方很合適，離碼頭很近，適合第二天一早要去坐船的人。離市區貌似有一段距離，我們沒出酒店不太清楚。
晚餐吃的自助餐，不太合胃口，而且餐廳裏面很熱！可能另外幾家會好一點。早餐倒是還不錯。

2月上旬，我們親朋好友4人由悉尼飛斐濟開啟為期5天的休閑度假，選擇了斐濟喜來登高爾夫海濱度假酒店，然而這是一次極其糟糕的旅行。斐濟2月的天氣是那麼的悶熱，自助餐廳因有一邊是開放式的，整個餐廳沒空調就連風扇也不多，每天吃飯是一身汗，親眼所見為爭一個電扇，遊客間不開心。餐桌上不停地有蒼蠅和一些小飛蟲降落在食物上，親眼所見供菜盤子裏的一些生冷食材都已經被熱得變型滲水了，完全不符合食品衞生之規定（或常識）。終於在第三天晚上我們同行的三位同胞同時發生嘔吐腹瀉（我們沒有外出，也沒有食用過酒店餐廳以外的任何食品）一致想到的是當天晚餐時食用的切片西瓜有問題。第二天一早，我提着嘔吐物與三人的嘔吐錄像與照片去見大堂經理，唯一的要求是能否幫助三位度過難關。大堂經理聽後果斷認為：酒店怎麼知道這些嘔吐物是你們的？酒店怎麼知道你們的嘔吐與腹瀉是酒店造成的？。之後大堂經理帶着幾位工作人員前來我們入住的兩個房間看望了病人和衞生間裏的臟東西，最終的意見是：你們可以去鎮上醫院看病，但所有費用均得自負，衹有當醫院認定你們生病是酒店造成的，酒店可以付款。我當即就表態，我們是來旅遊的，要我去讓一個小鎮上的醫生來證明這是酒店造成的，這能做到嗎？就按酒店現在這種態度，酒店會接受嗎？
不幸之中我們遇到了一位好人，他是在酒店餐飲部工作的華人賈近朋先生，他非常的同情我們，多次煮了稀飯送到客房問寒問暖，那天晚上8點多了，他親自駕車，冒着黑暗，陪同我去鎮上的醫院裏配葯，終於使三位病人轉危為安。
儘管最終酒店給予了一些補償，但對於我們的損失那衹是道義上的了，我感謝攜程，對我們的理解同情，並積極協調。我寫那麼多，主要是希望酒店有改進！遇到類似的這些問題，作為消費者到底怎麼處理為好？最重要的是要感謝賈近朋先生，他才是真正幫助解決問題的人。
It was a bad trip, three sisters, vomiting and diarrhea at the same time, and hopefully these things won't happen again in the future.
