I made a reservation for a hair braid at the reception. I was told it would cost 400 yen at the time, but on the day I was told it would cost 2100 yen, which I was deceived by. The staff's attitude was bad, my hair was messed up, and I felt depressed. I will never stay at this hotel again.
There were a lot of bugs floating in the pool. There were ants walking around everywhere in the room, which was disgusting.

The location is near the Denarau pier, it is very convenient to take a boat, and the hotel environment is good, but only the master suite is comfortable in the suite, the other rooms are too small, and the air conditioner is very loud, so we have to turn off the air conditioner.

Perfectly adequate accommodation for the necessary night at Denarau before heading to the islands. And a lot cheaper than the nearby chain hotels. The best thing about it is its location, a two minute walk to the South Seas Flyer and to assorted eating options. It’s also quiet and clean. We had a separate bedroom and a full-size bed in the lounge which catered well for our party of three. Tea and coffee provided, a fridge and bottled water also on hand. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This the 3rd in a row we have stayed here. We love it. The staff are welcoming, obliging, friendly and happy. Any requests are met straight away. We had a one bedroom apartment. Very spacious, full kitchen, bathroom nice with a washer and dryer. The patio looks onto the garden and golf course across the way. The pool is nice and never over crowded. Denarau Port is just a 5 minute walk to access restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, clothing stores. It’s only about half hours drive from Nadi airport.Highly recommend The Terrace Apartments.
