服務態度非常好，房間舒適，還有陽台，摘星樓遊玩項目也很棒，非常推薦水滑，景區很貼心的準備免費雨衣連腳都套上，衣服一點也不濕，下山不累。適合帶孩子遊玩。

本來不抱太大希望，因為在山區。但是酒店的體驗感特別好，衞生環境，服務管理，裝修設備都比我想象中好很多。就在景區門口，特別的方便。酒店環境特別好，住在天然大氧吧裏，房間還帶了一個陽台，特別喜歡。餐廳管理有待加強，因為五一高峯期，備菜不夠，服務管理人員不夠，但是我也能理解，畢竟這幾天人流量大。但是早餐價格我覺得有必要調整，尤其是對小朋友，我們一家四口的早飯需要花費一百五左右。前台小姐姐也非常好，掃碼備註車牌還可以免費停車。總之，非常滿意！以後有機會還會再來。來的時候需要找個駕駛技術好的人來開車，因為山路很蜿蜒！

設施：一般，也許是五一節假日人多，酒店的餐廳晚餐不太方便，點菜兩個小時上不了菜，關鍵附近也沒餐館，無奈極了。
衞生：衞生間地面沒清理乾淨，像是比較久的油膩。
環境：優美，距離景區遊客中心近。
服務：周到，還送了小零食給孩子們。建議在遊客吃上下功夫，接待能力不行就不要硬接，來了好多客户表示很失望。

酒店環境特別好，餐廳的點菜味道好，價格也實惠。唯一不足的就是，早餐35一個人，而且是孩子，能吃多少，，菜就幾樣，建議酒店給攜帶小小童的，多送一張早餐票。

房間裏有落地窗室外大陽台，床墊舒適睡到自然醒，服務好，送物品比較快，早餐也比較可口，品重多樣選擇，在這剛好酒店有團隊植樹就加入其中參與了，很好的體驗，玩的很開心，下次還會再來！

這是第二次入住了，之前入住是夏天。晚上有啤酒廣場，可以邊吃燒烤邊唱歌。這次來遊玩，毫不猶豫的選擇了這家酒店。客房乾淨，衞生，服務人員熱情。
餐廳早餐豐富，菜品價格適中，飯菜美味，景區裏的酒店菜品真心不錯。值得推薦身邊朋友入住。
