I stayed at this hotel around the 12th of October 2022, it was a stopover hotel on my driving trip to Fethiye, very good service, very good location, plenty of parking, breakfast was very good, the man at the front desk and the butler were very gentlemanly. As I checked in late, I was given an upgraded room and it was one of the most satisfying hotels of the trip and good value for money.
我大概是2022年10月12号入住的这家酒店，是我自驾旅行去费特希耶中途的停留酒店，非常好的服务，非常好的位置，有很多停车位，早餐也很不错，前台男士还有管家都非常绅士。由于我入住得比较晚，还给我升级的房型，第二天退房前还仔细帮我检查了房间有没有落下的东西，是此次旅途中最满意的酒店之一，性价比也很高。

I and my fiancé were in Denizli for our engagement party with our family member. Me and my partner chose this hotel.
But it was total disaster. They didn’t accept my fiancé to the hotel because of we have different surname. we stayed at different hotels because of their ***** manager.
Thanks to trip.com they handle this very well and at least they cancelled my other days.
I don’t recommend this hotel in anyway. This kind of ideology shouldn’t have a hotel business.

Merkezi konumda, Denizli şehir ve dağ manzarali konforlu bir otel.. Konakladigimiz oda oldukça büyük, ferah ve tertemizdi.. Kahvalti seçenekleri oldukça yeterliydi..Arabamıza park yeri aramadik bizim icin cok onemliydi..Cok keyifli bir konaklama oldu.. Teşekkürler..

İki gece kaldığımız Grand İtimat otelinin konumu çok merkezi, etrafı açık, Denizli ve dağlarını görebileceğiniz manzaraya sahip..Konakladigimiz oda ve banyosu oldukça büyük ve tertemizdi..Cok guzel ısınıyor ve izolasyon çok iyi olduğu için de sessizdi..Kahvaltısı çeşidi ve lezzeti de bizi mutlu etti..

Hotel is clean but it’s a business man type hotel - rather soul less. No alcohol or bar here, breakfast is usual self service buffet. It’s all OK for the price but it’s not a holiday or family hotel. We did experience some Wi-fi issues

Denizli de 1 gece konaklama için kaldık fakat temizliği hizmeti ve çalışanları çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı açık büfe iyi olacağını düşünmüştüm ama pandemi sebebiyle kişiye özel kahvaltı tabağı geldi bence daha iyi olabilirdi; hazır paket ürünler verildi ama geçici süre idare ettik
Cadde üstü temiz bakımlı ve nezaketli çalışanlar için teşekkürler; yolumuz düşerse kalınır tekrar
