"Our standard room was clean and spacious with daily room servicing available. Staff was helpful and some had more or less English. Daily breakfast has the Turkish basics of cheese, olives, salad vegetables and freshly made gozleme. There are no hot dishes available, Only boiled eggs. A restaurant meal in the evening was delicious with freshly cooked hot chips, grilled chicken with a side salad. We chose this hotel also because it has parking available next to it. If you come back late you probably have to park in the car park behind."

"I lived here one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever lived. We entered the night and met hammam insects and black insects in the first 45 minutes of the room. We reported that they had passed into three different rooms but unfortunately there was the same problem in all. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly. Instead of solveing the problem, the company owner always tried to justify himself, showed a disinterested and cruel attitude. They didn't want to return our money when we wanted to leave because we weren't happy. I think you're definitely in class about cleaning, customer satisfaction and service. I share this bad experience that I have experienced so that no others are victims. I don't recommend to anyone. I hope that the necessary audits are carried out and other guests do not experience the same victims."

"It was one of the worst hotels I've ever lived. We had a big victim with our children. The air conditioning was not worked in the first room. Our room was changed, but the door of the second room was not properly closed. The room was changed again and this time the raw insects were walking on the ground in the room. This is not acceptable. We said that we couldn't stay in these circumstances and asked for the refund of the fee, but it was not helped in any way. At 12 p.m. we had to leave the hotel with our children and all our things. It was a shame that we had to look for a new hotel at that hour. It was a classroom hotel with regard to hygiene, safety and customer satisfaction. I do not recommend it. I don't want anyone to live the victimity we have."
