"This hotel is absolutely the best choice for those traveling by public transport, and I booked it based on other reviews. It's incredibly convenient! It's right above Denizli bus station, and you catch the minibuses to Pamukkale from inside the station too. The hotel itself is pretty standard, but then again, the price reflects that. The service was quite good. I didn't have time for breakfast, but I mentioned it to the front desk and they packed me a bread roll and orange juice. Recommended. Photo 1 shows the hotel from the bus station, and Photo 2 is the view of the bus station from my room."

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Denizli bus station, which made it super convenient to travel to Pamukkale and catch buses to other destinations. What impressed me most was the flexibility and hospitality of the staff. I arrived very early in the morning (around 7 AM) after an overnight bus from Cappadocia, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. This gave me a chance to refresh and enjoy breakfast before starting my day. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, great service, and easy transportation access."

From the reception, Ayşegül Madam, Atalay Bey, Ebru Madam and Ayça Madam's lazy, sincere and professional approaches make you feel at your home. The most beautiful indication of their attitudes to address their guests and their names. It's also very advantageous. I recommend everyone with pleasure."

"The location is perfect, right next to the bus station. There is a supermarket in the next building. There is a cafe with local shawarmas on the street nearby. The soundproofing is average, for Turkey it can be considered decent. There are rooms with a view of the bus station and the courtyard. The latter are, of course, quieter. The breakfasts are normal: boiled eggs, cottage cheese, buns, jam, potatoes and so on. The staff is not intrusive, which is good. The beds are comfortable, there are many blankets. The pillows are not very good, it would be nice to replace them. The plumbing is old, but these are trifles. Overall, I liked it."

"When I realized that I made the reservation in the wrong date, I asked them to communicate and help them, but they did not offer any solution. They told me that the hotel is completely full every day and that because of my reservation, the number of rooms is decreased for that day, so they will not make any changes. Interestingly, although they said that they had no rooms in the date I requested, and not at the time I checked the different booking platforms, I didn't see almost all room types were sold and available. Of course, it was my fault to have the booking date wrongly chosen. But companies that care about customer satisfaction are trying to approach the solution where appropriate. There was no smallest good intention here. In short, don't wait for support in a smaller mistake. Be careful while staying in this hotel you can be indebted."
