The receptionist was very helpful. They looked up the bus stop and time for the airport and told me. It's also easy to get to Cappadocia.

When you check in, the front desk will give you a piece of paper with the bus stations to Pamukkale, the airport, the train station, etc., which saves us the trouble of asking around. I selected free cancellation within the deadline when making the reservation, but due to temporary changes in my itinerary due to flight reasons, I had no choice but to apply for cancellation after the deadline, but the check-in time was not yet reached when I applied (the cancellation application was made one day in advance) , but the merchant did not make any response, nor did it consider charging a cancellation fee, until after the original check-out time, the order was directly turned into completed, and no refund was given.
