This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again.

Superb Hotel and Spa but half an hours walk to Herceg Novi which was a bonus and a bind. We were there early in the season so found little in the way of alternative restaurants. Spa pool was a decent size, TWO saunas (one medium, one very hot), Steam room. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Umbrellas available to walk between the various buildings and bikes to get about. A particular mention for the Wine o’clock Yacht Club - first floor location overlooking the hotel’s marina with good food and well priced - the locals use it a lot.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel Service attitude: The service staff at this hotel was very welcoming and she was able to answer our questions with enthusiasm and patience. Environment: the view from the room was exceptional! You can see the mountains and the bay view, and at night you can see the two sides of the lake lit up. Because this hotel is on a hill, the air is particularly good! I will still stay again if I come to Montenegro next time

Regent Porto Montenegro is just outside Tivat and a 10-minute drive from the airport, TIV. The hotel is part of a development in the marina and has several hotels, restaurants, and shopping in what is almost a gated community. The hotel has three buildings with outdoor pools in common areas and next to the Marina. The lobby has an atrium with the reception, the restaurant, and the bar all facing the sea. On the first floor is the indoor pool, the spa, and the gym. Whilst the pool and the spa are great, the gym is a disappointing affair being squeezed into a small space, and for it to work with such a large hotel, they have time-limited the usage. The rooms are large and well planned with all you need, except for an iron and an ironing board? The restaurant is excellent, and breakfast on the veranda is a treat. There is plenty to see in the area and a naval museum next door. Overall, it is a great hotel, but it gets very busy during the summer holidays.

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

was promised mountainous views, instead got a view of the car park and some trees. hot tub is not at all private and can be seen from every angle and is filled with grime. nothing within walking distance of the hotel. kids screaming everywhere. breakfast is rubbish. overpriced stay. staff is nice. ‘private’ beach is not at all private and is filled with screaming kids as well as people who aren’t staying at the hotel. terrace is filthy, returned from a day out to find shattered glass all over our floor. room service delivery fee is 20 euros ON TOP of price of food. advertised as child free adult only hotel but is not at all true, sat at breakfast and on ‘private’ beach with screaming kids everywhere. breakfast buffet is extremely underwhelming and not very good at all. don’t recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful This time I went to Montenegro with my friends and it was the first time to stay at One&Only. It was also the first time to travel in Europe since I was studying in the UK for four years. After landing at Podgorica Airport, I took a local royal taxi at the airport and it took about three hours to reach the hotel. one&only can provide a hotel car to pick you up for about 220 euros, which is very, very cheap! After all, it only costs 220 euros to drive for three hours... But we didn't make a reservation in advance and took a taxi to the hotel. The service attitude of all the service staff in the entire hotel is super, super, super good! You are greeted with a smile, and all of them are very good-looking, handsome men and beautiful women. Everyone who smiles at you will really be in a super good mood! The environment of the entire hotel is really beautiful, especially the rec through the garden at the back, the swimming pool and the private beach! beautiful We booked a basic room for 3k per night. Before arriving, I was worried that it would not be enough or too average. But when I arrived and saw the room, I was so happy. In a place like Europe, for 3k per night, you can stay in a room of nearly 60 square meters per night. We were worried about how to book a boat to go to the Blue Grotto at first. We asked rec directly to help us book the hotel's own water taxi with a smile on his face. The price is 200 euros an hour. There is no boat. The hotel brings its own pier from It only takes about five minutes to walk from the room to the hotel's exclusive pier, so you can get the most important part of the trip done without any effort! The swimming pool is also super beautiful! ! ! It is also equipped with a sauna, which is rare in Europe!
