Back in 2019, I actually used to stay here. I felt comfortable with the hotel policy at that time. Nevertheless, in 2022 it turns out that there is a new hotel policy of hotel access card deposit charge of one hundred thousand Rupiahs (in 2019, it used to be only fifty thousand Rupiahs). This one hundred thousand charge, in my opinion, is relatively expensive if we consider using that money amount in the Jogjakarta, because you can buy many things with that charge nominal. When I made a suggestion to re-evaluate the policy, the duty manager didn't want to listen or even receive any feedback from me. He/she use the receptionist as "complaint shield" for absorbing complaints, and only teach the staff for being "Yes man" service quality. This hotel employs the worst duty manager management i have ever known. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, but look deeply the service quality whether this hotel has implemented customer oriented or not.
