The room is dusty, the AC is not cold but hot, there is no refrigerator, the toilet water is a bit smelly, the Standard Buah2han food is limited, the parking lot is not enough, you have to leave the car keys to the security to manage the car in and out. Not recommended for family trips.

The price of this hotel is quite affordable with good hotel facilities, it's just that the staff is generally not friendly, smiles are stingy, voice intonation & body language in communicating & meeting hotel guests must be further improved if excellent service training is needed for the employees.

Strategic location, lots of souvenir centers around, there are angkringan too, just walking distance to Transmart, near the airport, clean rooms. What needs to be improved is the service because I checked in late (afternoon) and wanted to shower straight away but waited 1 hour for towels to be delivered. then the breakfast is very standard, it needs more variations. There is no swimming pool or gym, so there is only for resting/sleeping.
