房間設施很老舊。喝水的壺裡麪還有上個客人煮茶葉的殘留！隔音很差！唯一的亮點就是酒店能直接看到雪山

垃圾酒店 前台服務那男的真的服務態度極差 沒見過這樣做服務業的。開給一個人獨住女生的房間不能反鎖還不給換 甚至都不想着去看看鎖是不是真的壞了 衹會説你家民宿所有房間衹有一張房卡 我知道你家有幾張房卡？前後五分鐘話術完全矛盾 一開始説到的早可以選房間 發現房間不能反鎖到下樓要求換房間的五分鐘 告訴我房間滿了 換不了 衹能住這間 那後來女老闆給我換的房間是什麼？不是你家房間嗎？！離譜無語的一次極差體驗的住宿！！
