房間乾淨整潔，老闆一直拿這個拖把在打掃，每個客人走過後都要掃一下，樓梯也是經常拖，一塵不染。房間有取暖器，晚上7點開，很暖和。樓頂的觀景台位置很好。

性價比很高，樓頂的觀景很好，也不用早起跟人擠，服務也好，就是我們去的時間不好，是多雲多霧的時候，沒有看到日照金山，不過前一天下午是晴天，也在觀景台拍到很多好看的照片，打算明年四月再來，希望下次能看到完整的日照金山
