1、住一樓馬桶很容易堵，2、室外木桶浴缸漏水，3、連住兩天衹有一瓶哇哈哈還沒有吸管，告知有兩個孩子希望多拿一瓶，説按量分配，4、早上快9點退房停車場車被其他住户堵住了，反饋值班男前台幫忙聯繫挪車，磨磨唧唧打電話沒人接，我説哪個房間去敲下門吧，眼睛都不看人的回複電話已經打了沒接可能還在休息，這思路這服務真是到位了！後面來了另外一位上班的女同事才開始張羅解決。這個酒店的整體環境和地理位置便捷性還是可以的，服務和細節讓人惱火。

我們上午就到了，升級了房間，有空房也讓我們早早入住了，小朋友們很開心，可以在房間滑滑梯盪鞦韆，還有室外攀爬和户外探索課程可以參與，晚飯也是很美味得到大朋友大大讚美，小朋友這次是來參加音樂節的，早上突然發燒，前台也協助我們6點多就順利下山了。

總體來説不錯噠，我們訂的是星空露台房，我們分到了一樓的一間，剛進入房間有點一樓的該有的味道，濕濕潮潮的，還好有個凈化器，空調有點問題，反饋過了，也得到的瞭解釋，好吧理解。小朋友開着小車車還是很開心的。酒店位置不錯也很乾凈，早餐還不錯就是人多的時候要手速快嘻嘻，第二天參加了酒店的竹子風鈴活動，老師講的也蠻好的。還是不錯的山上酒店。

有很多遊樂設施，蹦床、鞦韆、射箭等等，還有小兔子，一個冒險的走道，兩個小朋友都玩的非常開心，餐廳的晚餐和早餐也都非常好吃😋房間在一流，很大，外面還有一個陽台，衹是住着就很舒服
