"Superb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. "Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m already planning to return in October. What I love most about this place is its stunning location — nestled against the mountains and surrounded by peaceful bamboo forests. The view is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a spring water bath, swimming pool, tea lounge, and a cozy restaurant serving delicious meals. The rooms and shared areas were clean and well-maintained. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, relaxing weekend — a true escape into nature and tranquility."

"This B&B is located in Xiantan Village and is one of the larger ones in the area. The courtyard is beautifully decorated, with a pool and a swing. The owner even gave me some tomatoes I grew myself. The room is quite spacious and the decor is not simplistic. I love the balcony, which overlooks the pool and courtyard and can be used to dry clothes. The hostess's cooking is truly delicious. I love the fish and shrimp. It's perfect for a casual get-together with friends when you're not feeling up to drinking. You can walk to see the fireflies in the evening. The owner's lady has a discount on tickets, so be sure to ask! It's close to Tianyuan and Biwu, but we didn't go there because it was too hot. Walking to the main road at night, the sound of frogs croaking was soothing. They even gave me dried bamboo shoots when I checked out. I'd definitely go back!"

"After comparing many houses, Mo Fan was finally selected. Mainly fancy its location, view and Loft family room. The top floor platform is amazing, we also saw the sunrise when the weather was good. The parking lot is very close to the homestay. Disadvantages: The room price is 2000 per night on weekends. Compared with other homestays I have stayed in, the room facilities are relatively simple. It would be nice if the toiletries and hair dryer could be improved. The towels and pillowcases smelled bad. The room is poorly soundproofed. In addition, let me talk about what was not mentioned in other reviews, I hope it can help everyone. The door of the harmonious family room is on the upper floor of the hall, which is in the same space as the hall. The doors of other rooms are on the back of the mountain. That is to say, whenever we pass the stairs, our room will be disturbed by footsteps. And from time to time someone thinks this is a room or a public place and pulls our door. The people in the lobby were still chatting at 12 o'clock in the evening, so noisy that we couldn't sleep. It is recommended to choose the safe family room, which is on the far side, with a better view and the same price."

"Moganshan Kasha Salt Lake B&B is undoubtedly the most pleasant stay experience of my trip! The B&B is located at the foot of Mogan Mountain. You can see the blue waves of Salt Lake and the green bamboo green mountains by pushing the window. You can listen to the birdsong and fog in the morning. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset and soak the lake, like being in a natural oxygen bar. The rooms are mainly in Morandi color, wooden furniture and warm soft decoration complement each other, independent viewing terrace equipped with rattan lounge chairs, salt lake scenery. The owner's intentions are reflected in every detail: disposable toiletries are selected from environmental protection brands, anti-mosquito spray is placed at the entrance, and local specialty bayberry wine is also available in the refrigerator. During the stay, there was a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. The housekeeper sister not only recommended the hidden mountaineering trail, but also took the initiative to help us arrange the KTV room. During the Dragon Boat Festival, the price is also very reasonable, and the price is very high compared to similar high-end homestays. The host also presented hand-painted maps and custom sachets during the parting, which will always be kept in the heart of the mountains. "I booked this B&B after reading online recommendations. It felt good to stay there for 3 days and 2 nights. The overall decoration of the B&B has a sense of design. The interior decoration style is elegant and generous. The wooden furniture, lamps and other decorations in the room are in harmony with the interior decoration style. The sanitary ware is ROCA, and the washing supplies are L'Occitane, both of which are my personal favorite brands. The most important thing is that the room is clean and hygienic, the breakfast tastes good and the presentation is exquisite. Then there are the housekeepers who are serious and responsible, enthusiastic, polite and very measured. Thanks to the housekeeper for upgrading to the Loft Mountain View Room, which made our family of three's stay more comfortable, and also gave us tea from our own tea garden as a souvenir."

"What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life! The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean. The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier. Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had. The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor. There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp. The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature. One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭 I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!"
