GGuest UserHigh in the mountains, there's a castle, and within that castle, there is light.
The first time I saw Naked Retreats Moganshan, it felt almost surreal – Scottish-style stone walls nestled in the bamboo forests of Moganshan, like an old European dream forgotten by time in an Eastern valley. Opening the room door, cascading distant mountains and flowing clouds stretched outside the window, with only the sound of wind rustling through the bamboo in my ears.
Bringing the kids here was absolutely the right decision. The activity center is a treasure trove – table tennis, billiards, archery, movies, one after another; the little ones didn't want to leave once they got in. Watching my child seriously aim with a fully drawn bowstring, and seeing our family cozy up together, laughing through a movie, I suddenly realized that the best parent-child time doesn't need meticulous planning, just the right place.
I woke up to birdsong in the morning, and opening the window revealed a landscape painting. Breakfast was exquisite and not perfunctory, and the butler service was warm yet unobtrusive. Every detail seemed to say: slow down, you deserve this.
If life owes you a mountain castle, Naked Retreats Moganshan will give it back to you. Even better with the kids.

AAlyssa-WOur three-day, two-night stay in Moganshan was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located on the western side of the mountainside, offering a superb location with unbeatable views and a tranquil environment. The balcony views directly face the hundred-year-old Naked Castle. The hotel's back entrance is just a 100-meter walk up some steps to Chairman Mao's former residence, and many other attractions are very close by. The restaurant service was excellent – friendly and welcoming. We received complimentary fruit and bottled water. Both the breakfast and our à la carte dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Five stars, highly recommend!

GGuest UserChoosing Mantian was absolutely the right decision for my Moganshan vacation! Nestled by the mountains and fields, with a serene bamboo forest, opening the door reveals lush greenery as far as the eye can see. The estate-like environment is quiet and incredibly therapeutic, perfect for capturing stunning holiday photos at every turn 📸. The resort offers so much to do, with outdoor lawns, farm animals, scenic photo spots, and engaging activities galore. Traveling with friends here, the vibe is simply fantastic. What truly impressed me was the service – attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout, you could feel the care in every detail. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing, with comprehensive amenities. It's a one-stop-shop for dining, lodging, and entertainment, all earning full marks. This is definitely a hidden gem for escaping the city, unwinding, and enjoying a trip with friends. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back for a second visit!

ZZuikeaidexiannvzhanshiThis was my first trip to Moganshan, and choosing Yinhuawu certainly didn't disappoint. The guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet mountain hollow, with a bamboo forest right outside the window, and the air is exceptionally fresh and clean. The pool isn't huge, but the water is spotless. Taking a dip in the afternoon was just perfect, neither too cold nor too hot. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, the bed linens fresh, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was very well executed. The owners are a lovely, down-to-earth couple. The morning porridge is freshly cooked and served with local eggs, making for a truly comforting meal. While it's a bit of a distance from the main attractions, a 10-15 minute drive gets you there. Nights are incredibly peaceful, making it perfect for anyone looking for some quiet relaxation.

It is the largest stream in Mogan Mountain. It’s super quiet away from the noise here. I was awakened by the chicken in the morning. The window is an infinity pool, private terrace, and pool. The design of the homestay comes from the master of the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts. The name ”Xiyin” comes from a poem by Xu Yu, a poet from the Tang Dynasty. ”Xiyin”, the relaxation of the paradise holiday is full, and will come again~
