__CFT010000001002****Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

EelisehuangyingThe landlady is very enthusiastic and a very nice person. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious. The mountains are very quiet in winter. It is so comfortable to bask in the sun, make tea by the fire, and chat. I am ready to come again in the summer to experience it. Different scenery, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserStaying at Holiday Inn Xinshi Ancient Town gave me a pleasant surprise. It is not only adjacent to the ancient town and convenient for sightseeing, but also has more than ten low-rise buildings scattered in an orderly manner in the Chinese garden. Small bridges, flowing water, courtyard waterscapes, trees, flowers and plants can be seen at a glance; you can reach the Grand Canal viewing platform by walking down the garden trail. Although the room area is not spacious, it is clean and tidy, and there is an outdoor balcony with chairs and tables, which gives people a comfortable feeling. The receptionist Xiao Chen not only greeted us warmly and arranged a convenient room for us elderly people, but also carried our suitcases and bags to the room for us. I would like to express my gratitude here.

Nestled by the mountains and fields, with a serene bamboo forest, opening the door reveals lush greenery as far as the eye can see. The estate-like environment is quiet and incredibly therapeutic, perfect for capturing stunning holiday photos at every turn 📸. The resort offers so much to do, with outdoor lawns, farm animals, scenic photo spots, and engaging activities galore. Traveling with friends here, the vibe is simply fantastic. What truly impressed me was the service – attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout, you could feel the care in every detail. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing, with comprehensive amenities. It's a one-stop-shop for dining, lodging, and entertainment, all earning full marks. This is definitely a hidden gem for escaping the city, unwinding, and enjoying a trip with friends. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back for a second visit!

LLiziliziThe service was pretty good, and the environment was lovely too. There were two deer and three ducklings, making it perfect for a family trip. It would be even better if the glass in the bathroom had a curtain, as it's a bit too transparent. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Let me talk about the good points first: the hotel called to confirm the day before the trip and inquired about the needs. After arriving at the hotel, they upgraded to a family room👍The hotel is in Yucun Nearby, there is a mountain view outside the window, the air is fresh and pleasant, and there is plenty of food and shopping. The two-person cycling experience was great. From the exclusive cycling track at the door to Laoling Reservoir, the road and vehicle conditions were very good. Let me talk about the things that I am not satisfied with. The hotel facilities are relatively old, including floors, wardrobes, and backrests on the bed. The fitness facilities and environment are also relatively simple. However, the service staff was still very enthusiastic and gave fruit as a gift when checking out. It is a good choice for a weekend self-driving trip.

GGemuThe front desk provides smiling service, and a dedicated person introduces the hotel's environment and facilities, and helps carry luggage to the room. Employees who meet in the inner garden will say hello. These three points may not seem difficult, but now many hotels have been lost. Even last year, I stayed in a movie theater in Huanhuan, which was several times more expensive, and failed to do it. It shows that the hotel training is in place. Thank you Liu Xiaofeng and Xiao Wang for their warm reception.

GGuest UserThe parent-child room in Guanhai Building is of moderate size, with a large bed and a single bed. The bedding is very complete. The hotel is on the top of the mountain and very quiet at night. The lobby decoration is OK, and there is a public activity area. You can watch the sunrise and the stars from the second-floor platform of the main building. It is far from the mountain. I saw the stars on Friday night. It rained on Saturday and Sunday, and there was a lot of water vapor and fog. Fortunately, I saw the sea of clouds on Saturday afternoon. When I drove down the mountain on Sunday, there was a lot of fog on the mountain and visibility was very low. I had to drive slowly. It was very smooth to drive up and down the mountain. If you go up the mountain from 8.00 to 17.00, you need to go to the South Gate Ticket Office, which is a little further away; at other times, you can go in and out from the East Gate. The mountain road is steeper and the distance is shorter. I personally feel that there are fewer types of breakfast. You can order dishes in the restaurant. The prices of meals on the mountain are actually similar. It depends on personal taste and consumption concept.

GGuest UserCheck-in at the hotel was seamless. It's also EV-friendly, with charging stations available on B2 downstairs. Despite its mountain location, the weather was scorching hot, making outdoor activities during the day impossible. So we decided to spend our time enjoying the hotel's amenities. Thankfully, there was a wealth of activities to choose from: a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, a kids' splash pool, and a playground. Adults could even play billiards, which was a huge plus. In the evening, we could walk just two minutes to the main resort area, where we took a cable car up the mountain to enjoy attractions like the Cloud Coaster and Glass Drifting. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it an excellent choice for a family trip. The breakfast spread was also quite generous. We'll definitely be back!

TThe Mrs. AdonisThe location is good with some local shops and a shopping centre nearby. The Moganshan tourist centre is about 20 minutes away by Didi. The staff were great! They were very helpful. We enjoyed the pool but there were no towels and deck chairs out. The hotel lobby decor is lovely and welcoming and the artwork is tasteful and modern. The only problem for me was the white shower tiles that could've been cleaner. We had a street view room and the Ayi's were dancing on the square downstairs until 8 p.m. We don't mind them but if you do, it's best to get a mountain/pool view room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.
