"I had this mountain retreat saved in my favorites for years, and I finally decided to check it out during my recent break. I was a bit worried it might be a disappointment, but it turned out to be a perfect 10! Every staff member was so kind, patient, and always smiling. The real-time, one-on-one group chat service was a huge bonus. Duty Manager Yang Lingling was incredibly nice; anything we needed was promptly delivered by golf cart. I felt a bit bad constantly bothering the staff on the first night, but they were all so patient with every request. The hotel beds are especially comfortable – after a rainy day bath, I’d fall asleep instantly. The DIY activities like crafting, incense sachets, pottery, and handmade soaps were so fulfilling. Just before we checked out, Manager Yang Lingling even had a staff member give us a tour of the entire guesthouse and its surroundings. (Lingling always greeted us with a cheerful smile and excellent service, which was a big plus!) The young man, True, who showed us around, was very meticulous in explaining each guesthouse, and he was so kind and charming. Standing on the mountain top, I was truly impressed by the owner's vision. I hope for good weather on my next visit so I can experience the Land Rover again! 😍"

"Ever since Naked Retreats opened in Moganshan, I've been following their properties there. Finally getting to stay at Naked Castle felt like fulfilling a long-held wish. And as expected, it was a pleasant surprise and simply stunning! It's mysterious yet accessible, feeling secluded without being too far from civilization. You can switch between the mountain tranquility and the outside world in just half an hour. I'll definitely be back."

The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. "I stayed at Hidden Bamboo Inn, and first, let me talk about what I liked: all the rooms have sterilization cabinets, and even the tooth-brushing cups are taken from them, which I really appreciate 👍. The breakfast at Hidden Bamboo Inn was also delicious and very satisfying. Now, for the things I didn't like: 1. The sink counter in the bathroom was extremely small; you could barely put anything on it. The mirror was also very dim. Overall, the bathroom was small. 2. The maintenance staff was quite irresponsible. When the sink in my room was broken, they actually told me to 'just make do with it for now.' If the room's fixtures are broken, why should I stay in that room? Especially for a 4000-a-night room. That flippant remark undermines the hard work of your other colleagues who are trying so hard to provide good service. I hope the engineering department will communicate with the front desk first if they can't speak properly, and let the front desk respond to guests. 3. Honestly, I didn't want to give a five-star review, but the butler told me to help them by writing one. Five-star reviews should come genuinely from guests, not be solicited like this."

"The room was decent, and the service was really attentive. The shuttle buses were always on time and very careful! I'm quite satisfied. My only suggestions are: I think it would be even better if the Western restaurant had a dedicated sandpit with fine sand for the kids to play in. Also, the pet park seemed to have fewer interactive small animals than expected. We didn't have suitable bikes to ride this time; it would be great if there were options for two adults and one child (with a protected baby seat). I'm just mentioning this because I saw many families with young children, so these options would be really helpful. Overall, the environmental and ecological aspects are excellent! 👍"

"This is definitely a guesthouse I'll be returning to. It's incredibly pet-friendly; I forgot dog food and pee pads, and the front desk provided them for me. Since it was off-season, they upgraded my room. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and felt very secure, plus it had a large, comfortable balcony. I'd seen reviews saying the pool water was dirty and the playground slide was broken, but I found that wasn't the case at all. The pool water was very clean, just had a few fallen leaves. The playground slide was quite fun, and the tire for the slide was new, not broken. You can even bring your dog to play there. There are bicycles and electric scooters available at the guesthouse entrance. Riding around was quite enjoyable. It's also very convenient for dining and exploring nearby areas, with Yu Village just a 10-15 minute drive away. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant. We arrived in the afternoon when the chef was sleeping, but they specially woke him up to make us noodles. The service is truly exceptional."

"Better than I expected! The cabin suite was cozy and clean, and the service was excellent. I forgot things twice and they were quickly retrieved for me, and toiletries were replenished very promptly. The shuttle service was always on time, making getting around super convenient. The on-site facilities were enough to keep my kids entertained for two days, though I did think the 'Flying Shuttle' ride was a bit pricey, haha. The park environment is also lovely, lush and green with mountains and water. It would be amazing to stroll around in autumn. Dining options are also comprehensive, so there's no need to leave the park. I'll definitely be back!"

"Wanted to visit Moganshan during the dog days of summer and found this Marriott. Booked it since it just opened. The hotel lobby is quite grand, and the rooms are nice. The facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the view is good. It's also super convenient as it's right next to Intime City, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Compared to other Marriotts, this one falls a bit short. The breakfast highlight was the handmade steamed buns, which were good quality, but the variety wasn't as extensive as other five-star hotels. The hotel's pool is large, not crowded, and quite clean. The gym is decent too. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied."

"The hotel environment exceeded my expectations; it was clean and bright overall, and the room was very well-ventilated. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and check-in was very quick. There are plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. The facilities are well-maintained with no old or musty smells. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely consider staying here again."
