"The location is OK, close to the high-speed rail station, but the health is not good, staying for the first night, the bed is next to the leftover longan nucleus, the refrigerator is the food left by others. The car downstairs began to take out the garbage for two consecutive nights at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. At three or four in the morning, the sound of the chair moving upstairs or next door began to be noisy, and I couldn't sleep."

"The parent-child room in Guanhai Building is of moderate size, with a large bed and a single bed. The bedding is very complete. The hotel is on the top of the mountain and very quiet at night. The lobby decoration is OK, and there is a public activity area. You can watch the sunrise and the stars from the second-floor platform of the main building. It is far from the mountain. I saw the stars on Friday night. It rained on Saturday and Sunday, and there was a lot of water vapor and fog. Fortunately, I saw the sea of ​​clouds on Saturday afternoon. When I drove down the mountain on Sunday, there was a lot of fog on the mountain and visibility was very low. I had to drive slowly. It was very smooth to drive up and down the mountain. If you go up the mountain from 8.00 to 17.00, you need to go to the South Gate Ticket Office, which is a little further away; at other times, you can go in and out from the East Gate. The mountain road is steeper and the distance is shorter. I personally feel that there are fewer types of breakfast. You can order dishes in the restaurant. The prices of meals on the mountain are actually similar. It depends on personal taste and consumption concept."

"The front desk staff really needs more training. For a supposed five-star hotel, it falls pretty short. There was only one person at the front desk when I checked in, and they seemed completely flustered. I even had to remind them to give me breakfast vouchers. I booked a three-day, two-night stay, and on the second day, I specifically reminded the housekeeper to clean our room, worried they might forget. But when we returned around 4 or 5 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned 🤷🏻‍♀️. I had to call the front desk, and only then did someone come up. It wasn't even peak season, so the service really didn't live up to five-star standards. The toiletries were also pretty mediocre, nothing like what you'd find at an InterContinental. I've attached photos of the balcony view, and it was quite different from what I imagined. Upgrading the room was out of the question; the front desk said they only had vacancies for rooms two categories higher, not one category higher, so they couldn't upgrade me. That felt a bit stingy. Parking was also limited, with most cars having to park on a slope or a flat area below it. Overall, it's decent for a four-star, but definitely not a five-star."
