房間設施比較老舊。熱水要放很久才能出來。一台20來寸的小電視機有點太寒酸了。衞生間設施應該是至少10年前的感覺了。房門鎖就是普通家庭鎖具，關鍵還不太好用，感覺要壞的那種。房間裏面也沒有防外面開門的鎖釦，讓人沒有安全感。然後4樓都沒有電梯，對老年人很不方便。應該提前告知遊客沒有電梯，我可以選擇不定的。早餐15一個人感覺不值，關鍵還沒得選。就一點稀飯，饅頭這些東西。

攜程評價：老闆熱情好客，非常友好，還幫忙拿行李。因為家裡有長者，所以第一天就選擇了在附近逛了逛，空氣很好，聞着桂花香，讓人感覺很舒服清新。第二天選擇去了莫幹山，莫幹山的風景也很美！在老闆家吃了兩頓飯，物美價廉，也很可口。

住宿舒適度一般，房間有兩張床，大床濕漉漉的，很不舒服，小床還不錯。另外住在山腳下，應該有蟲子，孩子睡一夜起來被蟲子咬了起包，疼而且癢。房間吊燈處也看到了大🕷️。
老闆人還是很客氣，房間沒有電梯，老闆幫忙領行李，另外老闆廚藝不錯，在他家吃了晚餐和早餐。第一次去沒攻略好，其實住在碧塢龍潭附近挺好的，出來就是景。

乘着國慶假期之前去的，錯開旺季，景區里人比較少，不用人擠人了哈！民宿處在一個山村裡麪，周邊都是山，空氣很好，風景優美，桂花飄香，去莫幹山景區也很方便，直接在村裡坐景區大巴去就行，老闆一家服務也很周到，熱情友好，還會推薦遊玩的路線，價格也是適合我們大眾消費，農家菜也做得蠻合口味的，值得再去！
