酒店比較老舊了，餐廳的服務和菜品都很一般，前台和客房的服務很熱情，餐廳的飯菜真的不好吃，衞生也不好，但是開在山頂也的確不容易。酒店房間三人間是兩個房間，這個是比較滿意的，晚上睡覺前看到一個大蟲子，山上也沒辦法。房間衞生也一般，有個空氣凈化器，吵的要命。酒店沒有與時俱進，停車位比較緊張的，上來還要另外買門票，售票員也是**的樣子不理人。第二天下雨什麼也沒玩到，總體感覺就像是被旅遊團騙來的感覺，可氣的是自駕！

提前快一個月訂的三天兩晚房，到了之後，房間內黴味很大，反饋後工作人員説是已經給升級了，帶去另外一個房間，黴味更大。詢問加錢升級其他，告知沒房。因為是帶小朋友，衹能在原有房間。但是房間設施破舊、潮濕、衞生條件很差，衞生間的門開關了兩次，下面的百葉螺絲就掉了。
第一晚小朋友到半夜，全身起滿紅疹，巨癢，奈何在山上，去醫院不方便，忍耐到早上，想説吃了早飯再下山去醫院。早飯種類少，基本都是速凍食品再加熱，衹有餛飩、麪的牌子，沒有食物，達不到高檔酒店的餐飲配比。
本來是來放鬆心情的，但因為酒店衞生差，導致小朋友不舒服，下山去安吉中醫院就診，醫生診斷為過敏性皮炎，打了一針，開的葯，回來擦塗，完全沒有體驗到莫幹山的景色。
預訂套餐中的下午茶和漢服體驗，也沒有服務到，退房時向前台工作人員反饋，也並沒有得到任何迴應。
我們莫幹山也不是第一次來，其他酒店、民宿，哪怕高原都沒出現這種情況，體驗感太差。

優，地理位置優越，在景區山頂，武陵村旁邊，鬧🀄️取靜，還能錯峯遊玩，所以大部分時間感受不到人山人海，對五一來説太難得了，下次估計還會來。喝星爸爸的地方有個露台，喝咖啡太舒服了。
不足，早點稍微簡單了點，不過能吃飽。
