去哪網定的，圖片和廣告做的好，看到商家秉着客人回家的理念去的，結果令人很失望又氣氛，先説酒店的硬件設施簡陋無比，電視濃縮版，房間裏抽紙都不提供，還有衞生間衹提供牙刷，更可氣的是去前台要個香皂前台服務特別差，説話特別難聽，説找不到，在我強力的要求下，總經理才出來找到幾個不情願的給我們，吃飯需要提供點生抽，也是叫了幾次…更可氣的是我一歲半的孩子還好意思要我付早餐費用！！！不可理喻！商家就這麼精英民宿的嗎？鑽錢眼裡了！早餐衹有粥，鹹菜，饅頭雞蛋，可憐的我都不想拍了，還好意思説早餐做得好，還要我不到兩歲孩子的早餐費？？大家一定想好再來，住過那麼多民宿沒見過這樣的服務態度，總體感覺就是華而不實，裝修風格和人品都是虛頭巴腦！對不起我花的銀子！老闆娘和前台的態度讓人噁心，厭惡至極！廣告視頻沒有把他們最簡陋的一塊拍出來，我給大家好好看看！

性價比非常高的一家酒店，在莫幹山腳下，去景點都很方便，老闆和店員都非常熱情，有種家的感覺，以後去莫幹山鎖定這家了😀

房間燈光昏暗，深色歐美風格除了兩個壁燈就一個枱燈，牆面不太乾淨，晚上有點詭異。早餐還算豐富，隔音不太好。前台下班比較早。

莫幹山時第二次來了，每次都有不同感受，這次入住的含游泳池的酒店，大人小孩都開心，酒店服務沒話説了，服務到位，有一些私人要求，酒店都一應俱全。非常友善的酒店～適合全家和帶孩子來。
