錯開高峯出遊，是一次很放鬆愉快的體驗，酒店周邊環境很好，滿滿的負離子，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，累壞爸爸媽媽了。貼心的酒店管家小童很優秀，服務很周到，主動升房還給小朋友帶了禮物。點贊👍

滿意的地方是：早餐，服務，遊樂設施，淡季去水樂園小童免票居然，一大一小160多吧，現場買票刷臉的話，到第二天中午十二點是可以無限刷的，太划算了。其他兩個玩的也很好。
不是很滿意的地方：房間打掃的不是很及時，陽台上的桌子尤其縫裡麪比較臟。雨林餐廳自助早餐很豐富，但是晚餐菜的品質和口味有點差強人意。整體吃飯不太方便下午一點半到五點半之間沒有營業的餐廳，但是外賣是會幫送到房間的。
整體這個價格和配套遊樂設施還是可以的，很適合家庭玩樂園為主的。

度假管家靜靜非常貼心，每天都會有園區各種動態和時間發給我們，大晚上還幫忙協調房間的一些事情。寶寶的一些需要也是非常貼心，非常感謝。

特意選擇五一後錯峯出行，但是遇到酒店的團隊客人，度假管家靜靜貼心地幫忙規劃就餐和遊玩，入住期間基本沒有受到團客的影響，整個行程吃住玩都很愉快。酒店不愧是江浙滬親子頂流，服務和設施全程體現了親子友好的細節。度假管家靜靜提前幫忙安排了雙床拼床和裝床圍，小朋友可以肆意翻滾都不怕摔下床，推薦的中餐廳口味也不錯，強推水波蛋，早餐雨林餐廳很大，自助菜品很豐富，還有專門的小童取餐區，小朋友很喜歡。酒店娛樂項目很豐富，大朋友和小朋友都可以玩得很嗨，時間充裕建議至少玩兩天，值得二刷。

出來旅行一週，最讓我覺得開心愜意的就是森泊酒店，如果不是行程已經安排好了，我肯定還會多玩上幾天。一天半的時光，沉浸在綠意盎然的環境裏，體會着周到細緻的服務，住着舒適自在的房間，真的讓人流連忘返。尤其是我的管家李聰，從加上微信開始，就各種問候加關心，臨時有需要也是儘自己全力滿足我們的需求，我自己都不好意思了。家有倆低齡段寶寶，以後還要來這裏，還要找我的李管家！
