白雲飯店總體經濟實惠，舒適乾淨，酒店位於莫幹山山頂，價格實惠且舒適乾淨。房間雖小但佈置温馨，讓人有家的感覺。酒店服務人員態度熱情友好，耐心解答客人的問題。周邊有特色小吃（雲咖啡和大教堂咖啡），咖啡推薦生椰拿鐵，這裡是一點不比某爸爸差，一個理想的下榻之地，最幸運的是看到了雙彩虹。下次還會帶着家人過來

房間緊湊。衞生很差，蚊子多，服務員有提供蚊香液，但是插不了。 房間設施比較老舊，房間內空氣一般，有粉塵味道。濕氣比較大。整體配套齊全，但偏老舊。 酒店餐廳非常難吃，超級難吃。每一道菜都精準踩雷。 早餐比較接地氣。
