環境很美麗，客服非常熱情，當天下雨蠻大，小夥子主動給我們借傘，還一路給我們介紹風景，客服也很負責，很不錯，我們訂的住宿，後來用餐也都是在他們家掃碼點餐吃的，味道很不錯，家人都很對胃口。

房間設施太差了，之前看網上評價還不太相信，到了之後就傻了眼了，就像服務員説的，這房間就是招待所。5月1日晚上入住，住的皇后樓，大家記住了，以後千萬千萬千萬不能住在皇后樓，根本不能住，設施差的難以想象，第一個人洗澡之後等了四十分鐘，頭髮剛洗完，是短髮哦，就沒熱水了，估計也就洗了五分鐘吧，沒辦法，光身子出來用浴巾裹着，又等了十幾分鍾，水衹有10度左右，最後沒辦法就用毛巾擦擦了，洗不了，好在不是大冬天。房間隔音很差，住在二樓都是木地板，像個四合院，其他房間人説話走路都聽得到，大早上五點多被一個小孩吵醒了。勸退，不建議住哦，我是三月份就提前訂了，600多的標間還不含門票，建議多花點錢住在其他地方。差，差，差，好評不知從哪來的，估計都是免費升級住在其他樓的。真的，誰住誰知道。澡都洗不了的房間，還能入住嗎？還不趕緊裝修？

位置肯定是好的，就是景區第一景點。早上去吃早餐外面已經人山人海。酒店服務員很熱情，這點很nice，景觀也是很棒的。但是，設施也確實有夠差勁的，淋浴頭要麼這個不能用蓮蓬頭，要麼那個不能用花灑，空調內外機的聲音堪比打樁機。地板的震動，樓梯的破損度等等這些再不升級一下真的無法吸引到客人。另外客廳沒有門鎖，外加附帶阿姨一名，觀景台遊客隨便進出，在私隱和安全性上也是有些不妥的。
總結一下，要享受景點的便利性和性價比的話，這個酒店沒問題，但是要求高水準的星際標準的話 建議還是繞步對面裸心堡吧。
