寫此條評論的出發點是給後來者一個瞭解的渠道，畢竟大家的錢都不是大風颳來的，我儘量客觀地從以下幾方面展開描述：衞生方面：門窗不帶紗窗，會有各類蟲子蒼蠅，剛進來的時候浴缸有死蟲子。圖1、2）床破舊，還有飄出來的一團灰。圖3）回過頭再去看大廳貼的相關部門衞生檢查結果才有所明悟。設施及私隱方面：上廁所的部分很樸實，浴室透明且沒有門，浴缸的部分衹有白色紗簾（非評論圖片中的竹簾）並且樓下抬頭能望到樓上浴缸部分。圖4、5）泳池閑置都是落葉。圖6，姑且理解為還沒到夏天。服務及管理方面：①進門沒有人接待，沒有迎接水果（提前一個小時收到短訊説會有，沒有其實也沒什麼）找到人辦理入住後給錯房間（比定的還要差）後來拿着圖片去問，才給換的。②晚上7點半左右出門，大廳無人；晚上9點多回來，大廳無人；半夜12點公共區域還在大聲放音樂，大廳無人，後打電話溝通關閉音樂。③11點多還有人在外聚餐喧嘩，無人管理。④傍晚出門走道樓梯都是黑的，自己摸索開的燈。⑤早上先是雞叫，再是工作人員大爺大媽齊聚樓下場地熱聊。所以從晚上到早上想要得到完整的舒適睡眠的是別想了。景色方面：景色很好，景色無罪。總體來説，跟23年的評論相比有着巨大出入和荒謬感。從我個人的入住感受來説，住客更像是誤入鄉下人家的外來者，這家民宿帶着一種無所謂不顧住客死活的精神狀態。以上全在理智下總結歸納，僅供大家參考。
