房間環境臟的要死，頭一次住賓館房間有蜘蛛網的，空調死活打不熱，而且聲音振聾發聵我一度懷疑上面在施工，辦個入住要十幾分鍾，説了八百遍訂了兩間房，死活看不明白攜程的訂單，最腦溢血的就是房卡還衹能一天天的做，前台的態度還很是差，問他為啥房卡衹能做一天，回我們説我怎麼清楚，我真的笑死了，訂了房間這麼差還不讓提前退，晚上蚊子多的點蚊香都不行

酒店房間確實挺大的 但是衞生不太好 椅子都積灰了 最重要的是前台態度極差 體驗感不好 前台好像顧客欠她的似的 然後提個建議 最好備有一次性拖鞋 不然哪個拖鞋誰敢穿 得腳氣了怎麼辦 關於停車問題也不説清楚 差勁前台👎

訂房時顯示有免費停車劵服務的，入住登記也問過前台説可以的，第二天退房時前台的説按金會原路返回然後人離開了盡然扣了10元停車費！服務員態度惡劣。另外隔音差，聽了一晚上的空調外機聲響！

説實話這個是我住過最差的酒店。1沐浴的下水道不行洗一會那個水就不下去，要等你不用水的情況下慢慢下去2.牙刷這些難道你們都不檢查有沒有放嗎？3.房間裏的熱空調壓根就沒用，這個花了160交了智商税。（也不知道好評怎麼來的）
