The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.

The hotel has luggage storage service at the front desk. Each person received a free cup of coffee both days. The room and lobby are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned and towels are changed every day.

The staff are welcoming, particularly the receptionists, with Jasmine, Leya and Claudia always going out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The hotel is in an ideal central location within walking distance from restaurants and amenities. Lots of food choice at breakfast, although I'm disappointed that they've stopped serving hash browns!

I have stayed here regularly over the past year and I am always made to feel very welcome by the staff on reception, especially Jasmine, Claudia and Leya. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast options are great. Plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Derby.

This hotel is fabulous value for.money. nice modern hotel. Room clean with all facilities you need. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff nice and friendly and helpful.Breakfast buffet was great. Anything and everything was available. Hotel is idealy situated for shopping and theres lots of nearby pubs and resaurants. Lovely stay.
