The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.

The hotel has luggage storage service at the front desk. Each person received a free cup of coffee both days. The room and lobby are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned and towels are changed every day.

Outstanding service from the reception team Denesh and Bina. They went the extra mile to find me the room and the view I wanted. Parking was an issue, but they explained how to get to it and validated the parking card to get the 70% discount. I asked for a late check out, they have added another hour to the check out time as complimentary.

Not great . There was urine in the loo and surrounding area when I arrived. Staff were not bothered which was slightly disconcerting . Really noisy room from the busy road. Bed was lumpy . The staff were welcoming and cheerful and the lobby had a lovely scented smell. I would not stay here again due to the above or recommend.
