下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfy but unfortunately the noise from outside kept us awake I would recommend taking ear plugs

The hotel is modern, right in the heart of the city and next to the main bus station. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff all friendly and helpful. Very good value breakfast.

What a fantastic night at the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The bed was so comfy, I could have slept all day. The food was cooked to perfection. Huge thanks to the amazing staff Pat and Kim for going above and beyond to make my stay even better. I will definitely back again soon.

Check in superb from the young girl on reception. Efficient, friendly and extremely courteous. Faultlessly explained the breakfast lay out and offering when called upon. Breakfast superb from chef in the morning. Professionalism personified.
