Booked an early flight and checked into the hotel on the first day. I was a freshman who returned home during the winter vacation. I had just turned 18. Other hotels did not allow me to check in, so I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel. I called the front desk in advance to confirm that people over 18 could check in. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is great. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, and you can also order takeaway to your room. Free breakfast was actually served at 3 a.m., the room was very clean, and it was very close to the airport. This experience was great and I will stay here next time.

I could not get towels.. My heat did not work and it was chilly that evening. The staff did not speak good English and was not polite or helpful..
They said it was going to be a hot breakfast the breakfast that was prepared was not considered hot in my eyes!!

Staff was not helpful, ran into an id issue staff would not consider anything other then a robotic response or offer any info on how I could resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing. Horrible customer service.
