"No itemized receipt. The hotel just charges whatever they want and you have no idea for what. Cash less amenities bar, anyone can charge to any room without verification. Pretty sure unless there's a $120 charge for nothing, I paid for someone else's stuff."

"This hotel is in a great area, just a short walk away from some excellent restaurants and coffee shops and very close to the downtown area. The hotel feels very quiet and out-of-the-way though, not very noisy at all. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel staff were very nonchalant and very uncaring. We paid over $400 to stay Saturday night. The TV had no remote and didn't work. They never got it fixed nor did they offer any kind of compensation in fact they were belligerent at midnight. The lady at the front desk fingernails were so long she couldn't change the batteries in the remote. She also wouldn't allow me to change the batteries in the remote. This is a reflection of the leader ship. While looking for the remote in the room, we found moldy rotten food under the bed. Disgusting lights in the bathroom see photos."

"It is relatively close to the airport, with many dining options nearby and convenient parking. You can spend a leisurely night there. The breakfast is standard, with waffles, cereal, milk, bread, etc."

"Poor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom. Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room Beds comfortable, bedding cozy, and quiet room. Thanks for great weekend in Des Moines."
