"It wasn't a bad stay. The rooms could've been a little cleaner in the bathrooms, but the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub was nice, until a bunch of kids decided to dump bubbles into the hot tub. Their parents also just watched them do it, and said ”oh well”."

GGuest UserExcellent service from Tracey and her team. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. All staffs at the reception was so welcoming. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfy and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. We wished to have stayed here longer but had to catch a flight the next day. Definitely returning in the future. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Des Moines. Thanks to every staffs for making our stay amazing!!

We had a bit of miscommunication between the hotel and trip.com regarding payment, but they got it worked out quickly and the staff were quick to make things right for us! We enjoyed both the hot tub & pool and both were exactly what we needed!! The hotel was far enough from downtown to be peaceful but close enough that everything was accessible. The biggest thing that stood out was how accommodating the staff were. Absolutely recommend.

TTian(Korin)All is good, people very helpful and warm. Very good shuttle to airport, just not sure why they gave me a room at 2nd floor which is actually on a platform for ventilation or warming system equipment, kind of noisy but I am on jet lag and can’t sleep well anyway.

GGuest UserThe hotel is convenient, located close to the airport, there is a free transfer to the airport, but it was impossible to sleep in the room because of the neighbors, very poor soundproofing, you could hear literally every rustle, the breakfast is very poor, but for its price it is very good, suitable for spending one night
