Hotel is on the older side - shows its age (worn carpet and fixtures, ice machine “out of order”). Room size larger than most - bed “creaked” with every move!! Hotel lists “valet parking”. It is NOT, it’s “self park” and $30 which I felt was high for overnight parking with no “event” in the area. Hotel is on the “skywalk” - but the skywalk can be confusing. However, walking in the area is easy and many restaurants and bars within an easy walk. Overall this is a decent hotel in a good location. But it was a bit higher priced for a hotel in need of a “makeover” and one without “free parking”. They do have a free breakfast but I did not partake.

Hotel is in need of updates to rooms and a good deep clean. Room had a strange smell but worked for a place to stay during work trip. Clean linens and nice view of downtown. Not sure if I’d stay here again but staff was friendly and breakfast was provided.

The staff was great - very personable, but the hotel itself needs updating, and wasn't as clean as many other hotels I've visited.

Parking for this hotel is across the street which was a bit inconvenient, but not terrible. They have a "bar" area that we visited, but sat at the bar waiting for the girl to come over and help us, but ended up leaving to go to a different location for drinks because she never came over. We were the only two sitting there... Breakfast was very good and had a great selection. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Not only was the staff working at the front desk horribly rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself is in shambles the 1 working elevator was unsafe to use also all the doors connecting to the sky walk were open. The key access system was not working, the downtown has an issue with homelessness. Way too many issues with this hotel to put into a short review.

This is a disappointing place. Only one elevator worked. Only one restroom was available on the lobby level, where breakfast is served. The ac/heat system in the room doesn’t work automatically. It must be fooled with a lot to get the heat to turn on. The bathroom has no heat. The bed sheets and blankets are low quality. All in all, not a credit to the Hyatt brand.
