This is a clean motel. The rooms are clean. Really good housekeeping here. Courteous staff. If I'm ever traveling thru Des Moines again, this will be my place to stay.

The room was dirty. It was loud. Housekeeping didn't understand the do not disturb sign and kept knocking. In fact we woke up 3 times because of housekeeping knocking and random people living at the hotel. Screaming babies, slamming doors, just overall not a comfortable experience. And that's not even going in to them overcharging me

There is a party taking place in another room at 4:00 am, tried calling the front desk, no answer. Huge cobweb in the corner. No sleep tonight.

It was excellent as always. Except the window was leaking cold air from the outside along with the heater wasn’t blowing out nothing but warm air so we were cold but other than that it was good!
