The hotel staff were very friendly and I slept well at night.
The location is a bit far from downtown.
If you have a car, there will be less inconvenience.

Pam has a great personality and is very helpful. She is very awesome and very attentive. My co worker finds her very attractive and nice to talk to. She is a very great worker. We enjoyed our visit at the hotel bar. Pam was very pleasant to have as out server.

The staff at Double Tree Dearborn is excellent with no exception! The lobby area and bathroom were immaculate thanks to Hanadi, the lobby attendant. Everyone is accommodating. The elevator is a distance from the lobby, but the other amenities surpass this one down-side.

Pam was the best server!! My colleagues and I were at the hotel bar every night and she was so friendly and accomodating. A really great server who made my stay at this hotel an incredibly positive experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Both nights we ate at the restaurant and had Pam as our waitress and bartender. By far the best and most attentive waitress/bartender I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

Soy tripulante y llegamos constantemente a este hotel . El staff es súper atento, siempre nos apoyan y su trato es cálido. Amoooo llegar a descansar aquí, te reciben con cariño y una dulce galleta. La habitación es limpia y cálida en invierno. El manager es el mejor de todas mis pernoctas. El mejor !!!! Surgiero q prueben la pizza del hotel, es deliciosa 😋. Y no olviden arrojar una moneda a su fuente de deseos. ☺️ Gracias
