After we looked at the bill and found out, he also said it was the hotel's problem. We called the hotel across the ocean, and the hotel clearly informed us that it had not received the room fee paid by the agent! It’s been over a month now and still no refund!"

"Overall the place was great. Friendly staff, great location! I would suggest different curtains rather than sheer as you’re super close to the stadium/ lights that shined through all night. Made it a little hard to sleep with the room being light. The breakfast was a little below average any hotel breakfast, nothing cooked like meats or eggs. But the fresh fruit and bagels were good to hold us off till lunch. Breakfast isn’t served till 9am, which is a little late in my opinion if you’re headed off early in the AM. Overall it was a good stay and a great location within walking distance to either 3 stadiums, and I would book again."

It is in a great location, right across from Tiger Stadium & Ford Field, and only 1/2 mile from Little Caesars Arena. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance. The rooms were very nice, exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will absolutely be staying at the Aloft again!"

It's a rather old motel; the rooms have all the essentials, but everything is quite dated. Fortunately, the bathroom is quite new and clean. Dissatisfaction: The rooms are not soundproof! You can hear everything from the hallway and the next room."
