"The hotel is quite old, the air conditioner is a split unit and very noisy, and it's far from the city center. I don't recommend using this platform; coordination is troublesome, and they also placed the order through another platform, making communication inconvenient. The hotel front desk agreed to cancel the second night's booking, but the third-party platform in the US disagreed, although the front desk had already checked me out. I paid for one night's stay first, and Ctrip refunded me later. But it was exhausting, and I was unfamiliar with the area; booking through the front desk would have been cheaper."
