Read what other's are saying. It's all true. This is a Gorgeous hotel, great rooms, incredible beds, nice pool, etc. etc. There is NO staff. Called for in room dining on the late nite menu (offered from midnight to 6:00 am ) as was told they stopped taking orders at 11. Went to the front desk and spoke to a gentleman who literally pointed to his watch and told it wasn't even his shift. Was charged for internet, even though I am a Bonvoy Member. Called to complain and was told that NOBODY would pick up the phone in accounting so I had to send a email. To be fair, someone responded and is issuing me the credit but it was a lot of hassle to correct THEIR mistake. Place could be amazing if they could just staff the place.
