This hotel is a must go to! The customer service is the best and the location is good the hotel is clean I would recommend this hotel!

COCKROACHES! I stayed here when I got walked from the Marriott next door. Room was filthy and had a foul odor. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Woke up the next morning to literal cockroaches. They wouldn't refund my stay. Awful experience.

The bed was lumpy ( on one side), the thermostat wasnt working properly. We called down to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come look at it and they never came. The ice machine did not work on the 5th floor. In the morning i ran into the maintenance person and he helped me get ice.

Did not like that hotel charge my card for stay when i already paid though ******* 329...toilet was very low to floor only 1 shower door open...hair was left in bed no hand soap in dispenser...the view from my window was of th air conditioning system...only ice machine was on 14th floor my room was on 5th floor
