I really liked the hotel. However, we had a incident at the hotel lounge. We ordered drinks and sat down. Waited 15-20 minutes and never received our drinks. Were asked to leave since we did not have reservation and there were multiple open tables. I think they thought we were off the street. I did not feel welcome anymore at the hotel. I have traveled many places around the world and never got kick-out of the hotel bar. End up having drinks in the room. Hope they fix the a**osphere in the lounge to welcome hotel guests.
