Hotel is not as advertised in pictures. No outdoor common space finished. It is still in construction phase. Restaurant is permanently closed. They put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Had to watch the staff make up our room. They did give us a bottle of cheap sparkling wine for our troubles. The only positive I can say was the bed was comfortable.

This was our third time staying at this hotel over the last 5 years - this is usually our go to when we come to Detroit as it is nearby family. Staff was great. Love that there is a little coffee shop with coffee/muffins/fruit in the lobby as we have some early risers and some late sleepers in our room. So the early risers got coffee/snacks and hung out in the lobby until the late sleepers woke up. Very walkable neighborhood. Some great restaurants nearby (we had a delicious Italian dinner at Ottava Via). Has always been clean and comfortable for us. Will stay there again!

MYINES WAS TERRIBLE THE 150 HOLD WAS A DOWNER. THEY SAY THE INFO IS IN FINE PRINT (very small) BUT YOU CANT SEE IT❣️I WANT THE HOLD INFO TO BE MORE TRANSPARENT. I

I chose this hotel for it proximity to a concert I was attending. The staff was aloof and rude. The room keys are also hard to use.

The property is a unique artsy boutique. It has lots of one of a kind installation of local artist artworks inside and on the exterior of the hotel.
Wish the restaurant is still open, it was very good according to the reviews.
Hopefully, they will find a new chef and reopen this restaurant to bring more life into this hotel.

The hotel is located in an area that is not developed and seemingly shady. The rooms are tiny with paper thin wall. The worst part was the concrete floor that even with the heat on full blast felt like you were walking outside. The inside of the window had ice formed and I could never get the room warm. The elevator felt like it was open to the elements.
