Hotel Wien

It is fair to say this is not a 4* hotel. On the bright side, the room is large, clean. The personnel is helpful and friendly. We stayed one night and for that it was good. They have a private parking, which is free. I recommend rooms on the side wing (not facing the main street) l, they are more quiet, even though the view is not great.

Very loud at night, poor services. There was a very loud sound all night long and it was impossible to sleep. In the morning, for the receptionist it was more important to clean a floor than to give me my invoice to go as I stood in front of the reception waiting for her.

Wish I could say I agree with the 4 star rating but i do not. Hotel is very clean and very pleasant staff. The rooms have plenty of plugs, good lighting, comfortable beds and air conditioning. We were on the top floor and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Checked with person at the front desk but nothing could be done. Was disappointed that the hotel description speaks about a restaurant which was part of the reason we choose it only to find out it was closed except for breakfast which was good with a large selection. The person working the front desk on check-in gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and it did not disappoint! The free on site parking was nice.

Room was big and clean but very noisy as our windows was on the main street and could hear all the cars and dogs during the night. Also, the furniture in the bathroom was very old, shower gel was missing. Not realy 4 star hotel at the breakfast as well, the restaurant it’s small and there is no space for all the people, we had to wait. Despite this, all the employees have been friendly and helpful.
